Friday Night Commander: Every Friday at 6 PM, 7:30 PM, and 9 PM, join our Friday Night Commander Event (brackets 1-3)! Players earn League Points toward random Magic promos and promo packs. Pokémon League: Fridays at 6 PM, participate in our weekly Standard Pokémon League! Free to play, with trainers earning promo packs each week they participate. Keep up with local Pokémon events by joining the Discord or Idaho Pokémon Facebook Group.

Yu-Gi-Oh!: Sundays at 1 PM, compete in our weekly advanced Yu-Gi-Oh! tournament. Connect with local players, test new decks, and work towards earning OTS packs. Free to play. Join our Discord to keep up with what is happening in Yu-Gi-Oh!

Star Wars: Unlimited 1v1: Sundays at 2 PM, challenge other players in Star Wars: Unlimited 1v1! This free event awards participants with an OP pack. Keep up with the Star Wars: Unlimited community by joining the Discord or Facebook group.

Riftbound Nexus: Every Sunday at 3 PM, summon your best decks with Riftbound Nexus Nights! Free to participate. Keep up with the Riftbound community by joining the Discord or Facebook group.

Phantom Aria Release Event: On May 2nd at 1 PM, get ready to celebrate the release of Phantom Aria [GD-04] with an exciting sealed-format tournament for the Gundam Card Game! The cost of entry is $25.00. Participants will receive 4 booster packs of Phantom Aria to construct a 30-card deck. With no color restrictions and no limits on duplicate card numbers, this format opens the door for creative strategies and powerful combinations straight from your pulls. There are rewards for participation and the Winner. Don't miss your chance to crack packs, build a deck, and battle it out in this special release event.

Two-Headed Giant Commander: Team up and battle together on May 02 at 6:00 PM for a Two-Headed Giant Commander Night at Black Dragon Games! This free-to-play event pairs players into duos for a fun, team-based Commander experience focused on synergy and strategy. Decks must fall within Commander Brackets 1–3, keeping games balanced and interactive. Enjoy Swiss-style rounds, shared life totals, and special Commander promos while supplies last—bring a partner, build smart, and play as one!

Unleashed Pre-Rift Events: Be among the first to experience Unleashed during out upcoming Pre-Rift weekend! Each participant in these events will receive a Pre-Rift kit that contains a mini preconstructed deck, a Champion Legend, a Champion Unit, and 5 Unleashed booster packs. Players will open their kits, customize/build their decks, and play some Riftboud. We will be hosting two events. Each event has an entry cost of $40.

Standard Showdown: Throughout the Secrets of Strixhaven season, we'll have several opportunities for Standard Showdown! These events are free to participate in.

Commander Party: Step into the magical world of Secrets of Strixhaven on May 6th at 6 PM and experience Commander in a whole new way. This free, story-driven event blends casual gameplay with immersive narrative elements. Unlike normal Commander nights, this event introduces special rules, party cards, and play aids that will guide players through a shared story.

Wilds Unknown Prerelease: On May 9th at 6 PM, get ready to jump into the next chapter of Disney Lorcana with this Wilds Unknown Prerelease Event! this exciting new set brings the magic of Pixar to Black Dragon, featuring favorite characters from Toy Story, The Incredibles, and Brave. The cost to participate is $40. Each player will get a prerelease kit containing 6 Wilds Unknown booster packs, a promo card, a cardboard deck box, 4 dice, a postcard, and a rules sheet. You'll use your packs to build a 40 card deck. Once you've built your deck, you'll play Lorcana!

Modern Regional Championship Qualifier: On May 16th at 11 AM, compete in our upcoming Modern Regional Championship Qualifier for your shot at the next level of play! All participants receive an Ancient Stirrings promo, with additional Sowing Mycospawn promos for Top 8 and a foil version, plus a Regional Championship invite awarded to the winner. Decklists are required, and additional prizing may be available based on attendance.

Pokemon League Cup: Trainers, get ready! On May 23rd at 11 AM, join us for an official Pokémon League Cup, where your skills at the table could bring you closer to the World Championships! The cost to participate is $20. If you're serious about competitive Pokémon, this is an event you won't want to miss. Bring your best deck, play your best game, and see if you have what it takes to climb the ranks towards Worlds!

Play space closing early: On May 23rd, the Black Dragon play space will close early at 6 PM for a private event.
